Calling for a Prescription
Our prescription service is automated. You can use this service even when the practice is closed and a member of our team will process the request the next working day.
8am – 6:30pm Monday to Friday / 8.30pm Tuesday and Thursday by pre-booked appointment only.

Please allow up to three working days after requesting your repeat prescription before collecting it from your nominated Pharmacy. Home delivery is available from most Pharmacies and can be arranged directly with them, there may be a fee for this.
Online prescriptions
If you are a registered patient with our practice you can order repeat prescriptions online or via the NHS App NHS App – NHS (www.nhs.uk) .
First you will need to obtain a log- ID and password from the practice by coming in with some form of ID. Once you have these details you will be able to go online and set up a username and password for online repeat prescription service. You will then be able to order your repeat prescriptions for collection in 72 hours.
